• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
• Specific booking policies, including deposit requirements and cancellation policies, may vary by property and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
• Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Check-in and check-out times vary by property. Standard times are typically 3:00 PM for check-in and 12:00 PM for check-out.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

Our cancellation and modification policies are as follows:

• Cancellation policies vary by property, rate plan, and booking date.
• For standard rate plans, cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to arrival may be eligible for a full refund.
• For promotional or discounted rates, more restrictive cancellation policies may apply.
• Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate changes.
• No-shows will typically result in a charge equal to the first night's stay or as specified in the booking terms.

5. Payment and Fees

These additional fees will be clearly communicated prior to booking completion or at check-in.

6. Property Rules and Regulations

During your stay at any Sylverique property, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the property, including but not limited to:

• No smoking in designated non-smoking areas.
• Respecting noise policies, especially during night hours.
• Proper use of facilities and amenities.
• Adhering to pet policies (where applicable).
• Respecting the privacy and comfort of other guests.

Failure to comply with property rules may result in additional fees or eviction without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sylverique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of our services or stay at our properties.

Our total liability for all claims related to these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for your booking during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Sylverique reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Sylverique corporate headquarters is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
